"This is a lovely place for an outing but... we visited in December. Maybe that was a mistake. The place was busy, but not full to capacity. However, the service was dismal! The pizzas arrived LONG before the other meals. When we FINALLY got our food, the chips were cold. I had to go looking for out server about three times - he was not at all attentive. Whenever I found him, he was standing inside, so it's not like he was super busy. Our waffles arrived and the ice cream had already melted. The poor service soured the experience for us, unfortunately. Other than that, the pizzas were delicious. The rest of the meals were passable. The bathrooms were clean when I went, but some of the toilets didn't have seats."

"Situated inside Bothongo Rhino and Lion nature reserve, you don't have to pay an entrance fee is you are only eating at the restaurant. Deck is lovely, many animals to see and you can buy feed for the giraffes that come right up to the deck - a wonderful experience for all ages. Service a bit slow but great food. Afternoon is a bit more relaxed than the morning."
